Fourth Day of Christmas Sampler and Tree - Cross Stitch - Hello from Liz Mathews - copy
“On the fourth day of Christmas my true love gave to me four calling birds…”.
Within this chart pack you will receive two separate patterns: one for the tree and one for the sampler! General finishing instructions for the tree are included, but I recommend going to my Floss Tube channel (Hello From Liz Mathews) for a highly detailed step-by-step video tutorial.
The sampler was stitched using Needlepoint silk on 40 count Fog linen from Picture This Plus.
The tree was stitched on 36 count Milk & Honey linen from Fiber On A Whim using DMC threads.
Both versions are worked using cross stitches and back stitches. Use only one strand of thread to complete the back stitching using NPI 998/DMC 310.
