Create the beautiful Vintage Charm quilt using Tensister's Handicraft unique and fun Easy Piecing Grid method. 

Carmen Geddes, the creative genius behind the Easy Piecing Grid, is flying in for a very special class! It's not every day that you get to learn a technique from the creator of the technique themselves! 

In class you will learn the Easy Piecing Grid method while making your very own Vintage Charm Quilt. The pattern is included with the class. 

The TenSisters EasyPiecing Grid allows you to create a traditional quilt in a non-traditional way. The EasyPiecing Grid is a printed, lightweight, fusible foundation made in the US. the printed grid comes in various size options to design the perfect quilt to fit your needs.



*Vintage Charm Quilt (pictured above on the right) is what we will be making in class. It can be made in a variety of sizes using whichever size grid you choose. 



Class Supply List: 

• 6 panels of Easy Piecing Grid in the size you choose.
• Fabrics for project. Requirements can be found in the Tensisters book. Any employee at Mt. Creek will be happy to help!
• Fabric Glue stick 
• Small personal iron and ironing surface
• Your favorite sewing supplies (snips, 50 wt. cotton thread for piecing, rotary cutter, seam ripper)
• Sewing machine with 1/4" foot (machines are available for rental ($10) from Mt. Creek, call ahead to reserve yours)

Classroom Reminders:

• You will be in class during lunch time. You may pack your lunch or snacks as you please. We do have a refrigerator available for anyone who would like to keep food chilled. 
• Please bring drink containers with TWIST ON LIDS to avoid messes or accidents.
• If you feel ill or have been around anyone who is sick, please let us know that you can not make it to class. Let's keep all of our neighbors safe. 
• We welcome the use of masks to anyone who feels more comfortable wearing them. We understand! However, they are not required. 

Class Cancellation Policy: Because this teacher is traveling to teach for us, we will be covering her travel expenses. This means that the class fee is non-refundable for this class. We won't be able to provide refunds of any kind if you can not make it to class. Thank you for your understanding.
